What is Coaching?
Coaching is a conversation art and science. In partnership, a coach is able to facilitate the client experiencing new insights and expanded self discovery such that the next steps and areas of focus become clear and actionable.
It has been proven to be one of the most effective ways of creating and sustaining change.

How Does it Work?
Coaching is based on the brain science of what makes us tick, and how we’re wired. When we stop forcing change, and engage the systems that facilitate it, shift happens.
The habits and blindspots in your thinking are disrupted by perspectives and thoughts a Coach introduces and with those new ideas, and reflections, you see yourself, your beliefs, your situation, and your targets in new ways and with new contexts and motivations.

Is Coaching for everyone?
Coaching is ultimately about change. Each person has a unique relationship with change, and because of this, coaching is best suited those that are ready for something different in who or how they are. Coaching requires a commitment to self-awareness, honesty, and experiments in new ways of being, and doing.

This varies per person, however, Coaching has a specific beginning and end.
